- Once payment is completed, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the Client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
- Gig Quest does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
2. Confidentiality of Projects
- Projects, proposals, and communications between Clients and Freelancers are treated as private.
- We encourage all users to respect confidentiality and not disclose project details without consent from the other party.
- Freelancers may showcase work in their portfolios only if the Client has provided explicit permission.
3. Public vs. Private Content
- Certain information (e.g., profile details, skills, portfolios) is publicly visible to help match Clients and Freelancers.
- Private communications (messages, proposals, contracts) are accessible only to the involved parties and Gig Quest for compliance or dispute resolution.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not post, share, or upload content that is:
- Fraudulent, misleading, or offensive.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
- Harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory.
- Malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of accounts.
5. Content Monitoring & Use
- Gig Quest may review content to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.
- We may use anonymized and aggregated content data to improve our Platform, but we will never disclose individual project details without consent.
6. Disputes Over Content
- In case of disputes, ownership of work will be determined based on project agreements, payment records, and platform communication history.
- Gig Quest reserves the right to intervene in disputes involving unauthorized content use.
7. Updates to Content Policy
